I am not into incest, T-cest, whatever you call it, but I think your storyline and illustrations are really special as to the emotional play between the brothers.  It stands to reason that they are unique in the world, have only each other, and know that the love they share as brothers is deep and abiding.  I suppose in that scenario, I can understand why a relationship like Raph's and Don's might take place. 

Raph has always been, and will always be, a protector of his brothers.  Once he finally came to terms with his own feelings about Donnie, then this new approach to their relationship could begin.  What I hate is that Donnie will continue becoming sicker and weaker as time goes on, maybe even becoming bedridden as the end approaches.  But, that too is life as we know it.  To quote one of my favorite characters of all time:  "If we live, we bleed."  Death is as much as part of life as anything else.  But, love is stronger than death.  It is this eternal aspect in your story that draws the reader in - hook, line and sinker.  You could not write this way if you did not have a heart that loves this way.
